IF YOU ARE NOT IN CLASS BY START TIME YOUR MACHINE MAY, BE GIVEN AWAY TO THOSE WAITING-

in this instance the cancelation policy will apply

 

Please note- "switching" or "moving" classes on the same day will still result in a penalty if the class is not canceled prior to the 12-hour grace period.​

FIRST CLASS

You must be here 10 minutes prior to class start time or you will not be permitted to take class.

 

CANCELATION POLICY

There is a 12-hour grace period for canceling any class you have previously signed up for. If you cancel the class prior to 12 hours before the start of class, you will not be penalized.

Anything after that, please see below:

 

UNLIMITED MEMBER CANCELATION PENALTY

If you are an unlimited member and late cancel or no show for a class you are charged a $15 FEE.

 

 

CLASS PACKAGE MEMBER PENALTY

If you have purchased a class or classes and late cancel or no show, you will lose the class.
